Additional information
Vigamox should be used in the eyes only.
Complete the full 7 days of therapy unless your doctor tells you otherwise. If you stop using the eyedrop before you are supposed to, your infection may not heal and can get worse.
When you use Vigamox, wash your hands before and after use. Tilt your head backwards and drop drug into the affected eye. After the drop meets your eye, keep your eyes closed and put pressure on the inside of the eye for 1-2 minutes. Do not let the tip of the eyedrop touch the eye or skin.
Stop using Vigamox and call the doctor if you experience a change in eyesight, eye pain or very bad eye irritation.
