Additional information
Prograf can increase your risk of getting cancer like lymphoma or skin cancer. Have your skin checked regularly and let the doctor know if you develop a new wart, skin sore, red bumps that bleed or don’t heal or a change in color or size of a mole.
Talk to the doctor if you experience a swollen gland, night sweats, shortness of breath or unintentional weight loss.
Prograf can also increase your risk of serious infections. Prograf weakens your immune system, which makes you vulnerable to infection. Signs of infection can include fever, chills, flu-like symptoms, sore throat or cough.
